ABOUT THE POSITION 

The Senior Manager, Product Agile Excellence, strengthens how Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Data Insights work together to deliver meaningful outcomes. You will shape the practices and routines that help cross-functional pods operate with clarity and consistency. This includes establishing Lean Agile standards, creating predictable operating rhythms, improving story and workflow quality, and building scalable readiness and rollout processes. You will also guide prioritization and planning practices and reinforce benefits realization across the Growth organization. Sitting in the center of our operating model, you will coach leaders, remove friction, and improve how teams plan and deliver work. Your influence strengthens transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across Growth, raising the performance and effectiveness of our teams. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBIITIES 

  • Define and mature Agile and product development practices across Product, Engineering, and Design. 

  • Coach teams to strengthen collaboration, decision quality, and day to day operating habits. 

  • Support the adoption of prioritization methods that connect work to strategy. 

  • Lead core planning routines to ensure shared understanding of scope, goals, and measures of success. 

  • Improve story quality, backlog readiness, and workflow standards that enable predictable delivery. 

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and technical program roles to strengthen coordination and flow. 

  • Guide continuous improvement in product development practices. 

  • Lead sprint reviews, demo days, and roadmap discussions. 

  • Maintain simple standards that clarify expectations for story writing and readiness.  

  • Improve visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. 

  • Promote habits that reinforce transparency, accountability, and continuous learning 

  • Lead onboarding, training, and capability building across product teams. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 7+ years in Agile delivery, product operations, program management, or related fields. 

  • 3+ years of leading Agile practices or coaching cross-functional team. 

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and the ability to apply them pragmatically. 

  • Demonstrated success in improving cross-functional delivery performance and operating rigor. 

  • Proven ability to influence senior engineering and product leaders and raise delivery maturity. 

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills. 

  • Comfort with operational data, reporting tools, and Agile delivery systems such as Airfocus, Jira, Miro, and Confluence. 

  • Ability to build trust and influence without formal authority.
