Lease Processing Agent
Location: Draper, Utah In-office
Class Start Date: May 12th, 2025
Compensation
- Compensation starts at $17 per hour starting on your first day of employment.
- Shift differential pay (an additional $1 per hour) for weekends and time worked after 5 pm.
- Weekly paycheck, get paid every Friday!
- Full-time employment guaranteed and a consistent schedule.
- Retention bonus (Up to $1000).
Scheduling
Our department is open Monday – Saturday from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm and Sunday from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.
You will be required to work one day on the weekend, but our Representatives have a scheduled day off during the week to provide work/life balance.
Available Shifts:
9:00 am - 5:30 pm and 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
Days Off:
Sundays and Wednesdays or Sundays and thursdays
About the Position
Call Center Representatives, also known as Lease Processing Agents, provide outstanding customer service to our Merchants and Customers through phone, email, and chat. Agents review and verify applications and other documents. Agents also provide support to the customer and retailers during the lease funding process.
Responsibilities
- Review applications to confirm customer information
- Verify submitted documents
- Retailer and customer support through phone, email and chat (80% of the support provided is through the phone)
- Verify customer’s bank and employment information
- Work one-on-one with a coach for career development
Requirements
Experience Preferred: 1 year of call center or office experience
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual candidates, fluent in both English & Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and apply what is learned
- Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills.
- Self-motivated
- Computer and technical skills
