Compliance Agent 

JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Agent to support our Compliance team in reviewing and analyzing monitoring channels for regulatory compliance. This role primarily involves conducting compliance monitoring using tools such as Performline, documenting findings, and escalating potential risks or violations. The ideal candidate is organized, compliance-minded, and comfortable working independently in a focused environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Conduct daily compliance monitoring of retailer and sales content (calls, web pages, emails, chats, texts etc...) through platforms such as Performline to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.  

• Review flagged content for potential violations and make recommendations for escalation or resolution. 

• Maintain tracking logs of findings and implement corrective actions as needed. 

• Assist in the development of monitoring checklists based on business needs or regulatory changes. 

• Support compliance initiatives including testing, policy reviews, and risk assessments as assigned. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

• Familiarity with platforms like Performline or similar monitoring tools. 

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to handle sensitive information and work with integrity and discretion. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business tools. 

SCHEDULE AND HOURS 

Full-Time position is available, working regular office hours.
